Project Managment and Implementation
Project Management is pivotal to driving change, whether on a small or large scale. It guarantees what is being carried out is aligned to the target outcomes and end state the organisation is aiming to achieve.
Effective project management maintains focus on the changes needed and ensures targets are met on time, within budget and teams are clear on what they should do and why.
We provide expertise in driving and implementing change projects and activities through the four key stages; initiation, planning, execution and closure.
Road Map
We help our clients with setting out a strategic plan with goals and target outcomes clearly defined, with the key activities, steps and milestones laid out.
We use the roadmap to provide a visual representation of the strategy and plan, allocation of resources and tasks, and to communicate the progress made and any issues arising to key stakeholders.
Implement
Through each stage of implementation our experts are on hand to guide and support those involved in implementing the target end state and performing the key tasks outlined in the road map.
We are also on hand to test and evaluate the changes being made and redefine and improve if necessary.
Controls
Once process improvements have been implemented, we work with clients to embed the redesigned processes and hold the improvements made in place. Part of our process is preventing a return to the old ways of doing things, to make sure the improvements and value created don't get lost.
We seek to define simple key performance indicators that measure the ongoing effectiveness of an organisation's financial management, its processes and controls.
We also provide ongoing health checks and assessments to help you understand where further and continued improvements could be made.
